VW Passat CC 2.0 TDI 170 hp

Four months after the launch of the Volkswagen Passat CC, the German brand adds a new engine to the range. This is the familiar 2.0 TDI, although 170 hp version.

The new body dimensions give the Passat CC an extremely sporty and elegant proportions.

The brand managers have chosen the name CC (Comfort Coupé) for apellidar this four-door sedan.

The base model is already very strong, as we argue Passat sedan with the same battle and a somewhat larger.

The range of the Passat CC will start in June initially with two petrol and diesel.

Already announced in the driving test this model, the Passat CC equip months after its launch a couple of outstanding performance engines: A 2.0 TSI 200 hp and this 2.0 TDI 170 hp.

These benefits are achieved without overspending of fuel, as the Passat CC 2.0 TDI 170 hp does not exceed 6.1 liters per 100 km as a combined consumption and emission levels stood at 159 g / km of CO2 (Pay 4.75 percent registration tax).
This version includes, as standard, the Adaptive Suspension Electronics (DCC), which allows three operating modes: Normal, comfort and sport.
Simultaneously with the opening of this new engine, will reach a new full range optional equipment. It is an active air conditioning system for the front seat is activated with a knob on the side of the seat and allows stepless regulation of air inside the vehicle.
In addition, 18-inch model ‘Interlagos’ can be ordered from now with brushed aluminum finish, in addition to ‘sterling silver’ offered so far finished.
