The German automotive producer Opel has called to review 61,000 units in Germany Insignia model for a possible error in the software.
"We have found that it can produce a calibration error in the engine control unit"Said a spokesman for Opel.
So far there have been 41 cases of this error, which may cause a decrease in engine performance and, in the worst case, cause damage to the engine.
The vehicles affected are models produced between 2009 and 2012 equipped with a 2-liter diesel engine.
Update software lasts half an hour, according to Opel.
